What's your quality and warranty term?
We attach great importance to the quality and the services, for our customers' satisfaction.
We offer one year warranty for our export products from the date of the shipment, if warranty has run out, our customer should pay for the replacement parts.
Is the sample available?
Yes, our company will charge all cost related to the samples, such as sample cost, freight, and operation fee for customs declaration and etc., we will refund our customer the sample operate cost after receiving its back order amount to USD5000.00
What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
The minimum order is not limited.
But if order amount be less than USD5,000.00, there will be USD50.00 to USD150.00 operate charge fee( For example the customs charge, port charge and inland transportation fee, and etc.), which to be pr¨¦cised according to sample order situation. You can mix the models for your order.

Usually, our customer's order quantity is in LCL or FCL, our prices will be adjusted according to the order quantity, the more quantity you order, the more discount you can get.

What is the payment terms?
a. Telegraphic Transfer, which is 50% deposit first, and the remaining 50% against the copy of the Bill of Lading, subject to CNF term only.
b. Telegraphic Transfer, which is 50% deposit first, and the remaining 50% before shipping, for FOB price term.
c. Telegraphic Transfer, which is 100% full amount before shipping, usually for LCL orders.
d. Irrevocable L/C At Sight
What is the delivery time ?
a. 7-10 days for the sample order. To be pr¨¦cised on base of order details.
b. 10-25 days for LCL or FCL order.
It might be take a bit long time if you mix a lot of models in an order.

Can I put my own logo on your products ?
Yes, OEM is welcomed. The job difficulty and order quantity maybe cause pricing different.
